Beef Rolls In Spicy Mango Sauce |

- INGREDIENTS:
- 200g beef tenderloin(finely sliced); 1 mango(skinned & diced); A braid of garlic;1 shallot(sliced).
- SEASONING:
- 2 tbsp water/superior stock; 1/8 tsp salt; 1 tsp tomato ketchup; 1 tsp light soya sauce; 1-1/2 tsp sugar;
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar; 1/4 tsp cornfour; a dash of sesame oil; a few shakes of pepper.
METHOD:
- Fold beef tenerloin slices into rolls (about 10-12), then fry with a little oil till done. Drain excess oil and
arrange beef rolls on a plate.
- Heat 1-1/2 tbsp oil to saute garlic and shallot, splash wine and pour in seasoning sauce, then blend in diced
mango.
- Pour mango sauce over beef rolls to serve.
