Burger Steak With Pineapple |

- INGREDIENTS:
- 220g minced beef; 4 rings of canned pineapple; 1/4 onion (diced); 2 slices of bread; 1 tomato(sectioned);
- 1 egg.
- SEASONING:
- 1-1/2 tbsp light soya sauce; 1 tsp Shaoxing wine; 1/2 tbsp cornflour; 2 tbsp egg white; 1 tbsp water;
- a dash of seasame oil; a pinch of pepper.
METHOD:
- Trim bread and dice, then soak throughtly and squeeze dry.
- Season minced beef and stir in diced onion and soaked bread. Minx well to form into hamburger steaks and
pat on a little flour.
- Heat 4-5 tbsp oil and fry hamburger steak in plenty of oil till golden and done. Dish up
- Fry pineapple briefly with the remaining oil, arrange on top of hamburger steaks and serve with Worchester
sauce or ketchup. Garnish with tomatoes.
