Roasted Chicken In Malaysian Style |

- INGREDIENTS:
- 1 fresh or frozen chicken (640-960g); 4 shallots; 5 garlics; 2 stalks lemon grass.
- SEASONING:
- 3/4 tsp salt; 2 tsp Indonesian soya sauce(optional); 2 tsp lemon juice; 1/2 tsp parsley power;
1/2 tsp tumeric
METHOD:
- Hash or grind shallot, garlic and lemon grass to prepare spiced mix.
- Remove internal organs from chicken, wipe dry, stir in spiced mix and seasoning and spread all
over chicken(inside & outside). Marinade for 1 hour, leave for later use.
- Place marinaded chicken into pre-heated oven, bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes till done and golden.
Dish up, chop into pieces or serve in whole.
