Deep Fried Beancurd With Small Shrimps |

- INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pieces of beancurb; 2 tbsp small fresh shrimps; 1 tsp grated ginger.
- SEASONING:
- 1/4 cup of water; 1/8 tsp salt; 1/8 tsp sugar; 1 tbsp light soya sauce; a dash of sesame oil;
a pinch of pepper; 1/2 tsp cornflour; 2 tbsp water.
METHOD:
- Rinse beancurb and wipe dry, then cut it into 3-4 slices and pat on a little flour. Deep fry
beancurb in hot oil till color truns golden, then remove to drain.
- Rinse and drain.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil to saute ginder, put in small fresh shrimps and fry briefy; sprinkle wine and pour
in seasoning. Cook mixture till boil, then put in deep-fried beancurb and wait till reboil. Completed
sauce with a little cornflour solution. Dish up and serve hot.
