Shrimp Rolls With Corn Beef Filling |

- INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 can Corned Beef; 300g shelled shrimps; 1 egg white; 10 sheets of wafer paper.
- SEASONING:
- 1/3 tsp salt; 2 tsp cornflour; 1/2 egg white; a dash of seasame oil; a pinch of pepper.
METHOD:
- Loosen Corned Beef and divide it into 3 portions
- Remove intestine from shrimps, rinse well and wipe them dry. Chop them into mince and blend in seasonings.
Stir well into a paste. Divide shrimp paste info 3 portions. Cover shrimp paste with a pieced of plastic wrap
and roll it into thin sheets.
- Place sheets on wafer paper. Place corned beef at the center and wrap sheets into rolls.
- Deep-fry corned beef rolls till golden and done. Remove and soak up excess fat. Chop into sections. Dish
up and serve.
